LMT Medical Systems GmbH was founded in 2007. The company, which is based in Lübeck, Germany, has been developing neonatal and pediatric MR-coils under its own name. LMT Medical Systems GmbH benefits from the longterm experience of LMT Lammers Medical Technology GmbH, which is owned by the same founder.

LMT Medical Systems GmbH is specialized in development of miscellaneous MR-coils. Her present focus is on the next generation of dedicated MR-coils for the LMT MR Diagnostics Incubator System nomag^® IC (an incubator for newly and prematurely born children, for examination with magnetic resonance tomography). “Next generation” of these MR-coils, in this case, meaning multi-channel array coils in accordance with today’s technical requirements.
